As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting a Luxury Real Estate Consultant – Charm & Prestige, operating under independent agent status, to represent our brand within a defined territory.
Your Role
You will manage the full sales cycle with a premium clientele:

Targeted multi-channel prospecting and acquisition of listings, with a strong focus on exclusivity

Qualification and management of a portfolio of French and international buyers

Property valuation, presentation, and marketing of distinctive real estate assets
-
Conducting viewings, leading negotiations while safeguarding the interests of all parties, and supporting clients through to notarized completion
-
Rigorous activity tracking through CRM tools and full compliance with regulatory requirements
Profile
-
Proven experience in high-end real estate transactions or a strong background in the luxury sector (hospitality, fine jewelry, yachting, premium services, etc.)

Strong expertise in long sales-cycle B2C environments, with excellent relationship-building and storytelling skills

Outstanding communication skills in French, both written and spoken; English is a plus

Autonomous, accountable, and commercially driven

Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required

Financial capacity to support yourself during the 6–8 month onboarding period
(100% commission-based compensation)
